A guest photo gallery to offer alongside your own work

PICVIN gives wedding photographers, planners, venues and DJs a guest photo gallery they can offer to couples: guests scan a QR code and upload their photos to a private gallery, with no app and no sign-up. It sits next to your professional deliverables, not in place of them, and it costs one payment per event.

A hand holds a phone framing the bride and groom at a bright ceremony with a floral arch; the couple is out of focus in the background.

The guests' photos are not your competition

Couples will ask their guests for photos whether or not anyone organises it. Left alone, that means a WhatsApp group that fills with compressed pictures for a fortnight and then goes quiet, or disposable cameras that come back half empty. Neither touches your work: the guests' photos are the dance floor at midnight and the table nobody official got to.

Offering a guest gallery as part of your service puts you in control of that conversation. The couple gets everything the guests saw in one place, you get a tidy answer to a question you are asked at every consultation, and your edited gallery stays the thing they frame.

Who it is for

Anyone who already talks to the couple about the day and can put a QR code where guests will see it.

  • Wedding photographers and videographers: add the guest gallery to a package, or sell it as an extra.
  • Wedding planners and coordinators: one less thing the couple has to set up, and the QR code goes on the stationery you are already producing.
  • Venues: print the code on the table plan or the welcome sign and offer it to every couple who books.
  • DJs and bands: announce the QR code from the stage and the dance floor photos arrive while the night is still going.

How it works on the day

You create the event, download the QR code and place it on the tables, the welcome sign or the bar. Guests scan it with their phone camera, the upload page opens in the browser, they pick their photos or take a new one and upload. There is nothing to install and no account, so it works for every guest regardless of phone or age.

Photos arrive in the gallery sorted by the time each one was taken, and you can create albums inside the event, for instance ceremony, reception and evening. Guests can browse what others have uploaded, and the couple gets a link and a ZIP download of the whole thing.

What you can tell the couple, and what you cannot

You can say: guests need no app and no sign-up; the gallery is private by link and not indexed by Google; any photo can be deleted from the dashboard; anyone in a photo can request its removal from the gallery; photos and videos are hosted on Cloudflare under EU jurisdiction and processed under the GDPR; videos are included on Premium and Permanent; and everything downloads as one ZIP, sorted by capture time.

You cannot say: there is no live slideshow or photo wall, no watermark, no custom branding on the gallery, no face recognition and no printing. If a couple needs those, PICVIN is not the tool.

Pricing for professionals

No reseller programme and no subscription: you pay once per event and decide whether to pass the cost on. Standard costs US$10.99 and keeps the gallery online for 1 year; Premium, at US$21.99, adds videos and much more storage; Permanent, at US$54.99, never expires. The free trial, 3 days and 20 photos from the first upload, is enough to try it at your next event without committing.

Stripe emails a receipt after every payment, VAT is included, and an invoice with your business details is available on request from the contact page.

Frequently asked questions

Can I offer the guest gallery as part of my wedding photography package?

Yes. Create the event in your account, pay once for the plan you want and give the couple the QR code and link. How you price it to the couple is up to you.

Does the gallery replace my professional gallery?

No. It collects what guests shot on their phones. Your edited photos are delivered however you deliver them today; the guest gallery sits alongside them.

Is there a live slideshow or photo wall?

No. PICVIN collects photos into a private gallery that guests and the couple can browse on their phones; it does not project them on a screen during the event.

Can I put my own branding on the gallery?

No. The gallery carries the event's name and PICVIN's design. You can add your details to the printed sign or table card that holds the QR code.

Can I run several couples' events from one account?

Yes. Each event has its own gallery, QR code and plan, and you pay once per event, so a venue or a photographer can run one gallery per booking from the same account.

Who owns the photos?

The guests who took them, as with any photo. The organiser of the event decides who gets the link and can delete photos; PICVIN only stores and displays them on the organiser's behalf under the GDPR.
