Frequently asked questions

Do my guests need to install anything or sign up?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera, the event page opens in the browser and they upload their photos. No account or email needed.

Who can see the photos?

Only people who have your event's QR code or link. Galleries are not published in search engines and you can delete any photo from your dashboard.

How long are the photos kept?

The free trial lasts 3 days from the first photo uploaded. Standard and Premium keep the gallery for 1 year and Permanent never expires. Before your event expires we email you so you can download it or keep it.

Can guests upload videos?

Yes, with Premium and Permanent. Videos use part of the plan's storage and each file can be up to 50 MB on Premium and 100 MB on Permanent.

Is there a limit on photos or guests?

No plan limits the number of guests. Paid plans don't limit photos either, only storage: 500 MB on Standard, 4 GB on Premium and 15 GB on Permanent. The free trial allows up to 20 photos.

Is it a one-off payment?

Yes. You pay once per event, with no subscription. Only if you want to keep the gallery online after the first year can you turn on the optional maintenance plan.

What happens when the first year ends?

We warn you in advance by email. You can download everything as a ZIP or turn on maintenance for US$2.29 a month to keep the gallery online. If you do nothing, the gallery stays read-only for 30 days and is then deleted.

Can I download all the photos at once?

Yes. From your event's page in the dashboard you download every photo and video as a single ZIP file, sorted by the moment each photo was taken.
