These terms govern the use of PICVIN. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. They're written to be understood: if anything is unclear, write to us.

1. The service

PICVIN lets an organizer create an event and share a QR code or link so their guests can upload photos and, depending on the plan, videos to a shared gallery. Guests don't need an account.

The service is provided by Jose Maria Marquez Torres, tax ID 47893570A, with address at Carrer Envelat 10, 4º, 43830 Torredembarra, Tarragona, contact email info@picvin.app.

2. Your account

To create events you need an account linked to your email. You sign in with a link we email you, so keep access to your email secure.

You must be of legal age to buy a paid plan.

3. Plans and prices

The available plans, their limits (storage, file size, video and duration) and their prices are those published on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices include VAT.

The Standard, Premium and Permanent plans are paid once per event. Maintenance, which keeps the gallery after the first year, is an optional monthly subscription you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

Payments are processed by Stripe. PICVIN doesn't store your card details.

4. Free trial

An event can start with a free trial with reduced limits on duration and number of photos. When the trial ends, the event expires unless you buy a plan.

5. Content uploaded by guests

The organizer is responsible for the events they create and for who gets the QR code or link. By sharing it, they agree to tell their guests that their photos and videos will be stored in the event gallery.

Whoever uploads content confirms they have the right to do so and, where needed, the consent of the people who appear in it.

Uploading unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights (for example image rights or intellectual property), or violent, discriminatory or harassing content or content involving minors is not allowed.

Photos and videos belong to whoever took them. PICVIN only uses them to provide the service: storing them, showing them in the event gallery and letting them be downloaded.

We may remove content or suspend an event if we receive a well-founded notice that it is unlawful, and we will cooperate with the authorities when the law requires it.

6. Expiry and deletion

Each event stays active for the duration of its plan. Before it expires we email you so you can download the content as a ZIP or turn on maintenance.

When an event expires and the grace period ends, we permanently delete its photos, videos and thumbnails. Deletion cannot be undone.

You can delete individual photos from your dashboard at any time. PICVIN is not a backup service: we recommend keeping a copy of your photos.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving reasons, by writing to us from the contact page.

Before you pay we ask you to confirm expressly that you want the service to start immediately. If you withdraw afterwards, we'll refund the amount proportional to the part of the service not yet provided, under Article 108 of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

Refunds are made to the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep PICVIN always available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

We are not liable for indirect damage or for loss of content not caused by our fault or negligence. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we'll email you in advance. Changes don't affect plans already paid for.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. Before that, we encourage you to write to us: almost everything can be solved by talking.
